Goals for 2009

2009 Will be my first year concentrating on 70.3 and Non Drafting racing, which represents a large step up in distance, and a shift in focus of my training. Hopefully, this new market will play more to my strengths, and allow me to use the swim and bike sections to my advantage, as opposed to drafting races where sometimes the swim and bike sometimes become irrelevant! My main aim for the year is to get to Clearwater 70.3 World Championships in Novemeber, and have a crack at the Lifetime Fitness series in the US during the summer. I will also hit a couple of other 70.3's possibly in the states, and hit 70.3 UK in June. I will also race the French Grand Prix series for Vendome this year, and possibly look to hit some of the big domestic races in the UK, like London and the National Championships.
